Why We Have This Policy
Our products are:
- Made in small batches by hand
- Infused with herbs and charged with Reiki energy
- Perishable and sensitive to handling and temperature
- Personal care items that cannot be resold once they leave our hands

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Gaiaticnursing@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Damage caused by the shipping carrier does not guarantee a replacement but we will do our best to make it right.
