All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and payment has been received.
This includes:
Herbal tinctures (alcohol-based and glycerin-based)
Ritual scrubs (all collections)
Balms
All other Gaiatic Nursing apothecary products
Due to the nature of handcrafted herbal and wellness products, we are unable to resell returned items. Your safety and the integrity of our products are our top priority.
Why We Have This Policy
Our products are:
Made in small batches by hand
Infused with herbs and charged with Reiki energy
Perishable and sensitive to handling and temperature
Personal care items that cannot be resold once they leave our hands
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned personal care or ingestible products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Gaiaticnursing@gmail.com with:
We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Damage caused by the shipping carrier does not guarantee a replacement but we will do our best to make it right.
